Kick-off & first steps: HARP Project moving forward successfully

The HARP project officially started on 1 May 2019 and kicked-off with a meeting of all consortium partners in Lisbon on 20-21 May. Hosted by the project coordinator ADENE, this first face-to-face allowed for fruitful introductory exchanges on the different work areas. Some of the work had already started, such as the elaboration of the customer survey aimed at identifying what factors are most likely to motivate individuals to replace their heating systems, or the development of the project’s visual identity.

Three months after the start of the project, the website and twitter account are up and running, the consumer survey is being refined, and the analysis of the existing heating stock in the 5 countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Germany) is on-going. These first outcomes are instrumental for the success of the HARP online application that will be developed in the next months.

The next meeting of the consortium will take place in January 2019 in Brussels and will be hosted by ECOS. Stay tuned for more news on the project by subscribing to the newsletter and following us on Twitter @HarpProject.
