Work plan

Based on a thorough analysis of what motivates consumers to change their heating systems, of the heating appliances stocks and market solutions as well as of their co-benefits, the HARP application will be up and running from October 2020. This will allow the project partners to engage with consumers and professionals at national and EU levels across two heating seasons (winter 2020 and winter 2021). Lessons drawn from the implementation at national level will be drawn toward the end of the project, leading to policy recommendations to be formulated for a potential replication in non-HARP participating countries.
